- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide the Oregon Army National Guard with Portable Washracks. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation number is W90KNA-2160-9002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes are due by 25 July 2012, 1:00 p.m. (PST). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. One contract will be issued as a result of this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333319. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Oregon Army National Guard is soliciting quotes t o procure the following supply or services: CLIN 0001: Portable Wash Rack. System Description Above ground self contained mobile large tracked and wheeled vehicle wash system. Self contained filterization and adjustable wash lane. System must be configured and built in a way that allows customer or site contractor installation. The wash system must provide 360 degree high pressure water delivery on wash pad with a minimum of two wash nozzles. System must be adjustable to meet many different types of tracked and wheeled vehicles with a maximum weight of 70tons. The wash pad must have multiple drive-on and off ramps for entry and exit from pad area. When placed, these ramps must provide a maximum of 20-foot wide approach and retreat path at each end of a wash pad lane. The wash system must be able to function as closed-loop system or approved discharge to sewer. Complete aboveground Wash/Rinse (wash rack) Decontamination System that is Portable or "Tactical". System must have HVAC plus backup heating for personnel and equipment protection in adverse conditions. System must have replaceable filters and contaminants enclosure secondary containment protection. Successful Offeror will be required to provide training and start-up supervision at or promptly after delivery to a government representative. Date/time to be established after award. Offerors shall include a price per quantity and a total price in their proposal. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal.
