Description

SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042 is seeking to obtain sources to an Endoalpha AVP Video Conference System that includes controls, audio, cabling, installation, Panasonic OEV displays, Panasonic Plasma displays, Dual Channel Image, Printer, Computer Sources, Non-Medical DVI to RGBHV as well as other miscellaneous equipment that ties into the system that would be installed in an Operating Room. Estimated delivery time could occur over a course of a year periodically through July 2013. This is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice to obtain possible sources that have the capacity & capability of providing the commodities as described in this notice. Information regarding your firm's capacity and capability to provide such commodities are to be submitted electronically on or before Thursday, July 6 prior to 4:00 pm (EST) addressed to Crystal Roberts, Contracts Specialist: crystal.roberts4@va.gov. Phone: 717-228-5959. Please also state whether these items are under a current GSA or FSS schedule. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339112 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
