- ATch 3 Experience Questionaire and Atch 4 Production Data Atch 2 DOL Wages Atch 1 Specs Solicitation The US Forest Service on the Savannah River Site has a requirement for the planting of approximately 199,470 seedlings on 366 acres (545 seedlings per acre). The seedlings are government furnishes. Performance period is 1 Jan through 15 Mar 2013. The Savannah River Site is approximately 10 miles east of Aiken, South Carolina. The Project Site is within the boundaries of the Savannah River Site, Aiken, Barnwell and Allendale Counties, South Carolina. The Savannah River Site is a restricted access Government facility and vehicle searches are done on all vehicles entering the Site. No contraband items, such as guns, ammunition, drugs etc. are allowed on Site. A picture ID of persons entering the Site is required.. A minimum of 72 hours is required to process any security badge requests for U.S. Citizens and up to 30 days could be required for non-U.S. citizens. Offerors must register on this website in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent postings. A Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday 10 July 2012 at 10:30 AM in bldg 760-15G. Contractors interested in attending the site visit must provide the following information to Kimberly Wkimberlywright@fs.fed.us and provide the following information; Full Name, Social Security No., Company Name, and Date of Birth no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday 5 July 2012. The badging Office opens at 6:30 AM and it can take 2 hours to process a badge. Please plan accordingly to insure you will arrive at the site visit at the appropriate time
