- SOW for Automated Drill/Router Service Preventative Maintenance and Repair. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for purchase of Non-Personal Services for all parts, tools, labor and transportation to perform preventative maintenance and repair of the Concept 4 Drill, S/N: 1353 and two (2) each Concept 129 Drill/Routers, S/N: 3834 and 4014. Quotes are being requested for a basic contract period and two (2) annual options. NAICS: 811310 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 500 employees. Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). Delivery/Period of Performance: 15 Sep 2012 through 14 Sep 2013 and in accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors.
