- Synopsis: Sole Source 106DET12009003: Amcom ADAS Support I.INTRODUCTION A.This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only announcement; a written solicitation will not be issued. US Army TACOM Contracting Center proposes to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Amcom Software, 10400 Yellow Circle Dr., Eden Prairie, MN for the purchase of Automated Directory Assistance System (ADAS) Sustainment at Detroit Arsenal. B.The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 518210 with a size standard of $25 Million. II.GENERAL A.The United States Army in Warren, Michigan has a requirement for the following: The vendor shall provide the Amcom OEM Operation and maintenance support to include: -Provide new AMCOM software application software as the releases become available -Install AMCOM software patches as they become available. -Install patches to Oracle and the Linux operating system as they become available. -System testing or health checks on a quarterly basis. -Support while third party systems are upgraded. -consulting services for the rollout of enterprise applications such as, smart Web, WebXchange, IntelliWeb, IntelliSPEECH, iSED, Smart Speech, e.Notify, Emergency Notification, Enterprise Alert, etc.). -Assistance in the restoration of a total Amcom system failure within 24 hours of notification. -Sustainment services for the 5 year period of performance shall include free software version upgrades as they are approved by Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) and receive Approved Product Listing (APL) certification. B.Place of Performance: Detroit Arsenal 6501 E. Eleven Mile Road Warren, Michigan 48397 C.This acquisition is unrated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
