Amendment No. 1 Bldg. 1260 Layout Revised Statement of Work The Solicitation number is F1S0AB2103B001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation also uses the Simplified Acquisition procedures contained in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58, DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 2012-05-22 and AFAC 2012-0330. NAICS is 484210 and the size standard is $25,500,000.00. This acquisition is a 100% economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business set-aside. The AFFTC/PKE, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following: This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirement to purchase the supervision, labor, equipment and material necessary to perform all operations for the relocation of office furniture, equipment and boxed office items from five (5) different locations to two (2) different locations. This move will be a 2-phased approach, with Phase 2 taking place immediately after the completion of Phase 1. Both phases are outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1). The contractor will be required to provide all services, equipment and material necessary to complete the move in accordance with the SOW. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the move described above are invited to submit in writing a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. No partial quotes for the items listed above will be accepted. FOB destination Edwards AFB, CA 93524. Offerors are also required to fill out DFARS 252.209-7999 (Attachment 2) and submit with their quote. A site visit will be conducted on June 19, 2012 at 9:30 a.m., (local Edwards AFB time) on Edwards AFB, CA at BLDG 2800, Contracting. Interested parties please respond via email with individual's names, Company Name, Social Security Number and US Citizen Ship Status that will be attending the site visit by 12:00 p.m., June 15, 2012. Due to the restriction of the site no one can submit their information passed the above date and time. The following clause applies: Clause 52.237-01, Site Visit, Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
