Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, North Florida/South Georgia Healthcare System, VISN 8, intends to expand, via a Supplemental Lease Agreement, the St. Augustine Home Based Health Care Clinic by 1,165 square feet, for a total of 3,841 square feet, located at 1955 U. S. Highway 1, South, St. Augustine, Florida 32086. This action will be accomplished on a non-competitive, firm-fixed price basis under the current Lease Agreement VA248-R-0606, under simplified acquisition procedures to The County of St. Johns, whose address is 1955 US Highway 1, South, Suite 100, St. Augustine, Florida 32086. This additional space is needed to accommodate substantial growth over the last few years in the number of enrolled veterans and will provide clinical functions in the CBOC to meet their needs. The expansion requires minimal build out to become operational and no travel costs would be incurred to the veterans. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government does not intend to accept proposals received.
