Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement for market research purposes ONLY, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this synopsis or any follow up information request. This notice is in addition to the Sources Sought previously issued on 31 May 2012 under Solicitation Number W564KV12R0028. The 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Theater Contracting Command (TCC) Kleber Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany, has a requirement for instructional (secondary, post secondary, credit and non credit) programs and education support services at various locations in Bahrain, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy, Kosovo, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, and The United Kingdom. These programs form critical elements of the adult education, voluntary education programs which support lifelong learning by Service members and other authorized adult learners within the U.S. military communities; served by the voluntary education organizations of each of the U.S. Forces in the European theater. The voluntary education programs of the U.S. Forces in Europe have as their common mission the delivery and management of the widest range possible of high quality adult and continuing education programs normally available to the general public within the continental United States (CONUS). The requirement will support the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Marine Corps in Europe. All the services shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This Contract requires timely and responsive quality services. This is a follow-on requirement to five current incumbent contracts as follows: DABN01-03-D-0010 (Central Texas College), DABN01-03-D-0011 (University of Maryland University College), DABN01-03-D-0012 (Embry Riddle Aeronautical University), DABN01-03-D-0013 (University of Oklahoma) and DABN01-03-D-0014 (University of Phoenix). The anticipated period of performance includes a phase-in/phrase out period of two months (31 May 2013 - 31 July 2013 with a base period of 1 August 2013 through 31 July 2014 plus four (4) one-year option periods and five one-year award term periods. The Government intends to issue performance based, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Requirements type concession contracts with firm fixed price CLINs. This notice is to further expand our market research. A draft document titled "Detailed CLIN Description" is attached to this announcement. Please provide your answers to the below questions. Are you able to only provide SubCLINs 0006AH and 0006AJ without any other CLIN or SubCLIN been awarded to your firm?
