- The 6th Contracting Squadron (6CONS) at MacDill AFB intends to issue a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), HUB-zone set-aside contract, to Marteen, Inc., 197 Cotton Dr., Ocilla, GA 31774-2339, to purchase the existing customized modular facility using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.501(a)(2)(i). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 453930 and the size standard is $14 Million. Revised Numbered Notes 22: 'This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in proposal preparation. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.' 6 CONS will consider all information received by 12:00 pm EST, 16 July 2012.
