FEDBIZOPS Intent to Award Notice for RFQ N65726-12-Q-Q031 Naval Sea Logistics Center intends to award purchase order to Micro Focus Inc. located in Rockville Md. This purchase order will provide The required maintenance is to procure production licenses for Micro Focus COBOL brand name software already owned by the Government. The required maintenance is only available from the OEM of the software Micro Focus. AWARD will be made by 7/9/12.
