Description

Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for the NCIS Forensic Division to purchase the Adams Evidence Grade Technology, Inc, 4123 N Little Creek Road Utopia TX 78884. The agency ™s requirement is to purchase Evidence CDs for various NCIS Forensic Divisions. The NCIS Forensic Science Division supplies the field with these products and requires 1500 of each to be used for operational use. The proposed requirement is to acquire service for the NCIS Forensic Sciences Division and MCRT teams to be utilized for evidence and those items requiring long term storage. Adams Evidence Grade is the only provider for these items and the only provider that produces the CD/DVD ™s here in the US. This requirement is a small business set aside. The proposed contract action is for Evidence CDs for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Please see attached statement of work (SOW) for this effort with delivery information to multiple vendors: Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
