- US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR SCOPE OF WORK MUST BE INCLUDED IN SEALED BID TERMS AND CONDITIONS SEALED BID SUBMISSION PG 2 LUMP SUM AMOUNT THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY Del-Jen, Inc. /Kittrell Job Corps Center is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide service in Removal of an Underground Fuel Oil tank to be replaced with a Propane Tank, as well as conversion of existing Gas boiler to Propane. NAICS Code - 237120 - Corrosion protection, underground pipeline and oil storage tank. Underground Tank Removal/Propane Tank Installation And Existing Gas Boiler Conversion to Propane A QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR MUST VERIFY THE FOLLOWING: •· Must be Registered at the Central Contractors Registration Website (CCR) •· Hold a limited liability policy at a minimum of $1,000,000, with Kittrell Job Corps Center as Certificate Holder •· Acknowledge acceptance of the attached Department of Labor Contract/Scope of Work •· Acceptance and Lump sum bid proposal on Del-Jen, Inc. Construction Contract. •· Acknowledge acceptance of the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and applicable FAR Flow Down Clauses. •· Completed form 1413, written statement from the subcontractor at the time of subcontract award, the firm or its principals were not debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the Government, and clear Excluded Parties List Website. •· Clear Uniform Commercial Code Check for North Carolina. •· Must be able to interface with current digital control system. •· Must attend pre-bid walk through July 30, 2012 at 9:00am Eastern •· Sealed Bids will be due on August 17 th, 2012 by 5:00pm Eastern •· Bid Opening will be on August 20 th, 2012 at 9:00am Eastern
