- HQ0034-12-R-3087 Solicitation/RFP J-1 Wage Determination 05-2104 J-C4 Waste Mgt Sample Program Report J-C3 2011 Trash Pull Data J-C2 Recycling Data J-C1 Performance Work Statement J-L3 Contractor Evaluation Survey J-L2 Past Performance Questionnaire J-L1 Past Performance Data Sheet Washington Headquarter Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation (HQ0034-12-R-3087) in order to locate a qualified contractor, which can provide Hybrid Single Stream Refuse and Recycling Services for the Pentagon. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562111 (Solid Waste Collection) with a Size Standard of $12.5M. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written Solicitation/Request for Proposal is issued herein. Offerors shall refer to the Hybrid Single Stream Refuse and Recycling solicitation and its attachments, for detailed information regarding this requirement. Questions regarding the solicitation must be received by 2:00pm on 23 July 2012. Proposals must be received by 2:00pm on 06 August 2012. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities web-site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
