Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Alexandria VA Health Care System (VAHCS), 2495 Shreveport Highway 71N, Pineville, LA 71360 intends to publish a best value Request for Quotation to provide a Provel T-7 Automated Thermoformer or Equal product to the VAHCS. The requirement includes on-site training on the equipment. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339113 and the small business size standard is 500. The solicitation package will be available approximately on or about 11 Jul 12 and should be downloaded from this website at that time. This acquisition will be a total small business set aside. To be considered for award, the successful offeror must be a Small Business and registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the primary registrant database for the U.S. Federal Government. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Federal Business Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted.
