- Contract is for the labor, material, and equipment for the upgrade of fire alarms in Building 35 Heavy and Light manufacturing areas, per the respective scopes of work. Qty of Project: 2 Lots, awarded as All or None. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE 100% SET ASIDE FOR HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESSES. Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. The magnitude of this project is Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The estimated release of the solicitation and all applicable documents is July 25, 2012. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under ACC-Warren (ACC-WRN) (WVA). Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
