- Revised RFP Attachment 1 - Pricing Schedule SF 30 The purpose of this amendment is to correct formula errors in cells G22 and H22 in the Base, OY1, OY 2, and OY4 tabs and in cell C10 in the Summary Sheet tab of RFP Attachment 1, Pricing Schedule, as attached. Potential offerors are reminded that, per Attachment 1 instructions, offerors are responsible for ensuring that all spreadsheet formulas are complete and that all subtotals and totals are correct.
