- Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Joint logistics Integrator (JLI) The United States Army Contracting Command - Warren will be issuing a Request for Proposal W56HZV-12-R-0034 to procure the Joint Logistics Integrator (JLI) services in support of the JLI mission in Afghanistan, Kuwait, and the Joint Program Office (JPO) in Warren, Michigan and Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command operations (SPAWAR) in Charleston, South Carolina. The mission of the JLI contractor will be to provide facilities management and operational planning and support to the MRAP family of vehicles (FoV) throughout the combined areas of operation. This requirement is planned for a period of performance of one (1) base year with two (2) option years. A cost plus fixed fee contract is anticipated and best value source selection procedures will be used to evaluate proposals. This requirement will be solicited under RFP W56HZV-12-R-0034. The government anticipates posting a draft RFP by the end of July 2012 on the PROCNET JLI contracting webpage. A link is provided below. An Industry day is anticipated to occur shortly following the posting of the draft RFP. The release of the formal RFP is anticipated at the end of August 2012.
