Request for Information (RFI) Form Reference Information Form (DBA) wage determination Statement of Work (SOW) Solicitation Section B-M SF Form 1442 - REQUEST FOR QUOTATION 1) THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (FIRM FIXED PRICE): TITLE: Re-configure the front office (Project A) and Build an office (Project B) inside Bldg. 21, US Coast Guard, Coast Guard Island, Alameda CA 94501. 2) Provide all materials, labor, equipment and transportation required to accomplish the work to re-configure the front office (Project A) and build an office (Project B) inside Bldg. 21 at Coast Guard Island, Alameda CA 94501, per statement of work (SOW). 3) This solicitation is considered Construction and is conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Magnitude of Construction is Between $25,000 and $150,000. The Davis Bacon Act (DBA) wage determination rates will apply. The NAICS is 238390. The Small Business Size Standard is $14.0 million. 4) A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 19 July 2012 AT 10:00 A.M, PST.
