- Market Survey for SPM7LX-12-R-0127 Sources Sought This is not a request for either a quote or proposal. This announcement is considered market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. The purpose of this synopsis is to identify qualified companies capable of performance on a solicitation for the below listed NSN. NSN is being bought to drawings and specifications. First Article Testing is required for NSN as well as phosphate coating. Technical data will become available once solicitation is issued.
