- revised solicitation. Questions and answers: 1. The standards of evaluation for past performance include multiple references to biological safety cabinets. However, the duties of the physician do not seem to indicate that the physician will work with biological safety cabinets. Will the Government consider removing the requirement of past performance references containing experience with biological safety cabinets? Response: This will be removed. Please see updated solicitation attached. 2. Will the government please clarify what the physician must be board certified in as it is not specified? Response: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine 3. Are there any Contract incumbents? If so please provide the billable rates. Response: University of Arkansas System. 4. Will the government be supplying a phone and or pager for the physician when they are on call? Response: No. 5. Will the government please clarify if this is a personal or non-personal service agreement? Response: Non-personal services.
