- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competitive basis the following: 1) Environmental Certification for Tank Systems and Engineering Support for 3 base periods and 43 options (Quantity “ 1 lot). All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation with specifications will be issued on or about 7/10/12 and will be published on: www.fbo.gov.
