Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville VA Medical Center's Contracting Office intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Haverford Systems, Inc., 152 Robbins Rd, Downingtown, PA 19335 to provide and install a Smart Interactive Display, Professional Audio System, Microphone System, Video Conferencing System, Lectern System, Presentation Camera, Crossover Switch and a Samsung Blu-Ray Player. All new equipment must be compatible with existing equipment, cabling, connections and A/V controller which consists of an iPad with a CVAMC customized app. This announcement constitutes the only notification of which proposals are NOT being requested. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. NAICS Code 335999/500 employees. Interested vendors who submit their capabilities statement by 3:00 pm EST on 7/16/2012 will be considered by the Government.
