- The U.S. Department of the Interior's (DOI) Office of Strategic Employee and Organizational Development (OSEOD) has a requirement for Courseware Development Support Services which will provide design, development, conversion, upgrade and implementation of distributed learning courseware products within the DOI environment. The services will require the development of both online courses and instructional materials for instructor-led courses. The Government intends to issue a solicitation under GSA Schedule 874 (Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services), SIN 874-4 (Training Services: Instructor Led Training, Web Based Training and Education Courses, Course Development and Test Administration). As part of proposal submission, vendors will be asked to demonstrate their capabilities through the preparation of a short online course. Course topic/links to publicly available materials will be included in the solicitation.
