- Purpose of this project is to provide all labor, supervision, and equipment necessary for janitorial services for the Hell Canyon Ranger District office located in Newcastle, Weston County, WY Black Hills National Forest. The USDA Service Center offices contain approximately 7,800 square feet of floor area on one floor which is carpeted except for two bathrooms, entryway, and kitchen. The Shop building consists of two uncarpeted bathrooms with showers and hallway. The Shop building contains approximately 238 square feet of floor area. The period of performance includes one base year beginning approximately October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013 with the Government's right to exercise four additional option years. The solicitation will be posted on the website on approximately July 23, 2012.
