- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as an Request For Quote (RFQ). The 176 Mission Support Contracting Element, JBER, Alaska intends to award a purchase order for the purchase of the following Deicer Field Kit, Upgrade to new P-1SC second generation air plus procharger assembly. All items below are brand name or equal. If quoting "or equal" items, please include all physical, functional and performance capabilities. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside, NAICS 333924. Award will be based on best value to the government. 0001 - 2 Each Global Ground Support P/N 975-01054, Field Kit, Upgrade to new P-1SC second generation air plus procharger assembly. Complete kit with instructions. 0002 - 1 Each Shipping directly to Anchorage AK 99506 The anticipated award date if funded is 31 July 2012. Firms that believe that they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer. This announcement constitutes the only written notice.
