- 1. The project includes the following work: - Repair Sewer pipes in Bldg 5090, Bleidorn Kaserne in Ansbach. - 2. The solicitation will be a C3 (Customer - Contracting - Commerce) Partnering Solicitation which means a Two Step Solicitation under Part 14.501 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Therefore a site visit by all interested parties is strongly recommended. The invitation letter for the site visit will be available on the internet at the following website https://acquisition.army.mil.asfi on approx. 2 July 2012. All responsible sources may attend the site visit and submit a bid, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office (RCO) 3. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 - $50,000. 4. Work will be performed in Germany and Contractor must comply with German law (e.g. must have authorization to do business in Germany) 5. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12)
