- Description
- Amendment 0001 Underground Utility Marking for Joint Base Charleston, to include Air Base and Weapons Station. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform underground utility marking at Joint Base Charleston. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The performance period for service is a 12 month base year of 1 Oct 2012 thru 30 Sep 2013 plus 4 (12 month) option years. All labor, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other furnished property and services except as specified in the contract as Government Furnished Property will be provided by the contractor. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The solicitation is issued as a competitive Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990 with a small business size standard of $7,000,000.00. Paper copies will not be available. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) ( https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx) in order to be eligible for award. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 9:00 A.M. (EST), 19 July 2012.
