- Drawings Statement of Work Addendum to Solicitation Clauses SF1449 - Solicitation This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) AG-82X9-S-12-0137. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFP are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-59 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The United States Forest Service (USFS) encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged, service disabled veteran, and women owned business enterprises. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, and the small business size standard is $14 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service. The Government requires performance of the work described in these documents to provide air monitoring services during asbestos tile abatement in the Gunnison District Office (216 N. Colorado Street, Gunnison, Colorado) as further described in the attached Statement of Work. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Friday, July 20, 2012 at 9:30AM in conjunction with a walk-through by prospective abatement contractors. Proposals are due for this combined synopsis/solicitation on August 9, 2012 at 3:00PM Mountain Time and shall be delivered by the specified time to the USFS, 2250 Highway 50, Delta CO 81416. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Proposals may be submitted electronically to jtobin@fs.fed.us. Offers shall be submitted on the SF 1449. Award will be made on the basis of lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Offerors shall submit the name(s) of personnel who will perform the required air monitoring services along with their respective qualifications, licenses and certifications to perform these services within the State of Colorado.
