- Description
- NSN 4210-01-495-7617 Extinguisher, Fire. Requirement is being solicited with the intention of awarding an Indefinite Quantity Contract that could have a life span of 5 years (2 base years and 3 option years). The evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This will be issued under FAR Part 12. The guaranteed minimum is 268 EA and will be fulfilled on the first delivery order. Minimum delivery order quantity = 336 Maximum delivery order quantity = 2684 Single award is anticipated, one vendor can fulfill the acquisition requirements. There is no surge requirement for NSN 4210-01-495-7617 Oral/Written discussions will not be held however, the Contracting officer reserves the right to conduct negotiations if needed. • The contract maximum dollar value not to be exceeded is $4,900,000.00 dollars
