- FA8057-12-R-0001 0005 The purpose of this amendment is to correct the following administrative concerns in the Final RFP: change Clause 252.212-7000 from incorporated by reference to full text, the page count limitation in paragraph 2.7 and 2.7.1.1 as well as the reference to Eastern Standard Time in paragraph 2.9 of Addendum 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. In addition, this amendment will clarify the relevancy criteria in paragraph 7.1.3.1 of Addendum 52.212-2 Evaluation Criteria and Basis for Award.
