For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX2F0557AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on Firm-Fixed Price contract, a quantity of 75 each of a Connecting Link Rig, NSN: 3040-01-197-1745, Part Number: 70400-08110-060 applicable to the BE UH-60 (Blackhawk) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 75 each, 240 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The PLT without First Article Testing is 75 each, 160 DACA with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX, 78419-5255. This requirement is a small business set-aside that is limited to those businesses which are approved. This item is restricted to these approved small businesses: Alken Industries Inc., Cage: 57563, Rotair Industries Inc., Cage: 54878 and TEK Precision Co. LTD., Cage: 65780. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402). EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. VIOLATION OF THESE EXPORT LAWS ARE SUBJECT TO SEVERE CRIMINAL PENALTIES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
