- The work includes demolition of existing pavement, clearing and grubbing of areas for borrow material and embankment, installation of CMP, placing and compacting non-select fill material, installation of electrical wiring and light fixtures for helipad lights, construction of reinforced concrete helipads, placement of AC paving, painting striping for helipads and identification marking, and placement of aggregate base and AC paving for an area adjacent to the new helicopter operations building. include demolition of an existing concrete wall, clearing and grubbing the area of the new parking lot, grading the subgrade of the new parking area, placement of aggregate base course material, placement of AC paving, striping, and installation of signs. The project cost estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply.
