Description
Specification for Services and Material to Support Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific Global Positioning and Navigation Systems Division Facilities Utilization and Enhancement The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC PAC) in support of Systems of System and Platform Integration Branch, Code 5.2.3 has identified a requirement for technical services in support of "Specification for Services and Material to Support Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific Global Positioning and Navigation Systems Division Facilities Utilization and Enhancement." SSC PAC is issuing this solicitation (RFP N66001-12-R-0002) for a multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), cost reimbursement type contract with a base period of three (3) years, followed by two (2) additional one (1) year option periods; totaling 5 years. The NAICS Code for this requirement will be 541712. This requirement will be fulfilled via full and open competition with a 100% small business set-aside. SSC PAC requests proposals, from responsible sources capable of providing the requested services, by 02 August 2012 at 4:00 p.m. PST. Offerors wishing to submit a proposal are responsible for downloading the RFP, (SF 33); from https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. All responsible sources may submit a completed SF 33 and associated proposal documentation as outlined in the RFP, which shall be considered by the agency. Please refer to the attached solicitation document for further details regarding the requirements of this solicitation. Electronic copies of the solicitation are available for download via the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e- commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil under SSC PACIFIC - Open Solicitations. All questions concerning this action must be submitted in writing to Tifani Parasidis, Contract Specialist, at tifani.parasidis@navy.mil. Offerors are further advised that all questions in response to this solicitation must be received no later than 26 July 2012.
