- Synopsis: Procure E-85 Ethanol Bulk Fuel for the Portland VA Medical Center, Vancouver Campus to refuel the alternative flex-fuel vehicles. The contractor shall provide all fuel and delivery. All Offerors must be registered in CCR at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. NAICS 424720 applies - size standard is 100 Employees. Offerors are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation.
