- Past Performance Questionnaire. Memphis MEPS Technical Specifications. Solicitation Document for W91236-12-T-0014. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) This solicitation, W91236-12-T-0014. is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (ii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular current as of the date this announcement was posted. (iii) This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the procurement of furniture for the Memphis Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), Memphis, Tennessee. All work is to be performed in accordance with the statement of work and associated technical requirements. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and project management to coordinate deliveries, load and unload furniture, place/install in designated rooms, assemble items as required, secure and store as designated, and properly dispose of all associated packaging/crating materials. The Contractor shall schedule a pre-installation site visit to the MEPS facility prior to ordering furniture to verify the actual room sizes for furniture placement and to verify available electrical connectivity as needed for the proposed furniture. All quotes shall include field verification of spaces for furniture placement, electrical verification, delivery and installation. The scope of this work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00; This requirement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS is 337214 with a size standard of 500 employees. (iv)The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to this provision. (v)The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisiton. The evaluation factors and source selection procedures are outlined in the suppmentary documents provided in this announcement. (vi) Representations and Certifications may be completed online at https://orca.bpn.gov/ and must be completed prior to contract award. (vii) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition as well as any addenda to the clause. (viii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) Additional clauses and provisions that are applicable to this acquistion are included in the supplementary documents provided in this announcement.
