- NAVSEA Indian Head, Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, MD is intending to award a firm fixed priced (FFP) purchase order for Thermal Batteries. Statement of work, which will list specific requirements, will be included in solicitation. The applicable North American Industrial classification System is 335912. The FSC is 9999. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site www.neco.navy.mil. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested partied to review the aforementioned sited regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offers must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Clause 5.207(d) (2) (xv), all responsible sources may submit proposal, which shall be considered by the Agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a purchase order, it does not restrict the Government ™s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
