In accordance with 52.209-1 qualification requirements apply. You are REQUIRED to be "EXPORT CONTROLLED" certified in order to view the drawings for this solicitation. If your company intends to become export control certified there is a web site for registration, the website is www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Description: Dimensions: 20.12 inches L x 10.00 inches W x 15.00 inches H. Weight 76.52 lbs. Material: Aluminum and steel. Function: When electrically activated it drives the lead edge flap actuators to properly position the flaps. CLIN 0001 - Qty 1, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) CLIN 0002 - Qty 1, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Requested Delivery: CLIN 0001 - Qty 1, on or before 31 Dec 2012 CLIN 0002 - Qty 1, on or before 31 Oct 2012 Mandatory Language: Qualification requirements exist. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be approved sources, in accordance with clause, Qualification Requirements 52.209-1. The Government is NOT required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Request (SAR). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
