Much of the work will be done by hand. Motorized wood hauling equipment is restricted to pick-up trucks and trailers. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation and supplies to complete the 104 acre project. It is anticipated that this acquisition will be awarded as a Total Small Business Set-Aside and any resultant fixed-price contract award will be issued pursuant to FAR Part 19. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 115310. The Small Business Administration size standard is $7.0 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
