Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk VA, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 15 “ Cotracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 12 “ Acquisition of Commercial Items, to obtain non-personal Direct Procurement Method (DPM) Household Goods Services for the area of Philadelphia, PA. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number N00189-12-R-0052. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for these requirements is 484210 with a Size Standard of $25.5 Million. The corresponding Federal Supply Code (FSC) is V003. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a proposal the offeror will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that prospective awardees must be registered in the CCR database prior to award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr.
