- Description
- The US Army Medical Command Southern Region has a requirement for an One-Time Emergency Maintenance and repair service of a Orthoscan 1000 Mini C-Arm. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The suggested contractor is Orthoscan Inc., 8212 East Evans Road, Scottsdale, AZ 1 each, One-Time Emergency Maintenance and repair service of a Orthoscan 1000 Mini C-Arm, serial #: 5B308 to include 1 each shipping and handling charge, travel and labor and 1 each II Image Intensifier Assembly - Thales. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal or like product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the end user, from Eisenhower Army Medical Center for consideration for future requirements. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Point of Contact: Linda M.
