- GSA, FAS, Heartland Supply Operations Center intends to establish a "not to exceed" 12 months Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for 8040 Federal Supply Class, National Stock Numbers (NSN) 8040-00-133-4394. This NSN is part of GSA's Special Order Program (SOP), and may be included in a future formal solicitation. All quotes herein are to be FOB Origin for Direct Delivery to various locations within the Continental United States. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this request for quote. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the Standing Price Quote Package from the Federal Business Opportunities website and returning it to the specified fax number or email address. Offers may be emailed to margaret.conroy@gsa.gov on or before close of business Monday, July 23, 2012. The Government will make award to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the SPQ package will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
