- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Fort Drum, NY, 13602 is issuing a Sources Sought notice to assist in our market research and possible set aside determination. The Contractor shall provide all necessary resources, management, personnel, materials, transportation, supplies, and equipment, to provide Extermination Services for Fort Drum, NY. Supply falls under NAICS Code 561710 with a size standard of $7 million. Procurement details are below: Provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary to perform all operations in connection with extermination services at 36 various buildings on Fort Drum, NY, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. There are 18 buildings all matching in size at 224 linear feet, with a total of 3,072 square feet per building. There are 19 buildings also matching in size and layout at 182 linear feet, with a total of 1,960 square feet per building. The interested Contractors shall have a response time of no more than one hour and be able to begin work no later than 27 July 2012. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit interest and capabilities from vendors to develop an appropriate procurement strategy. Information gathered may provide direction to the type of set aside. The contract type is anticipated to be a FFP contract. Individuals or businesses interested in this requirement are requested to submit a statement of interest to kelli.rinard1@us.army.mil. This statement shall include company information, DUNS number, a point of contact, as well as confirmation that their company can comply with all criteria stated above. Only responses submitted by e-mail will be considered. Current registration in CCR (https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx) and ORCA (https://orca.bpn.gov/) are required prior to submitting your response. This is not a request for competitive quotes and will not result in a contract award. Since this a sources sought announcement, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. No solicitation exists and vendors should not request a copy of a solicitation. Fort Drum is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. Fort Drum will not accept telephone or fax inquiries regarding this notice. All information received will be considered market research. Fort Drum must receive all responses to this Sources sought notice by 3:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, 19 July 2012.
