Description

This activity proposes to negotiate a noncompetitive award (sole source) with (Environmental Systems Research Institute Inc. (ESRI) 380 New York Street, Redlands, CA 92373-8100 for an annual maintenance and support for the existing ESRI software belonging to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Policy and Planning (OPP). The period of performance is from 7/25/2012 through 7/24/2013. The maintenance, consisting of software updates, will enable OPP to continue to use the ESRI mapping and analytical toolset to analyze geospatial statistics on VA programs. It will also inform and enable improved outcomes for Veterans through better planning, policy development, and data-driven decision making. Award is anticipated no later than 7/25/2012. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
