RFQ Document The United States Capitol Police, Vehicle Maintenance Division has a requirement for two (2) 2012 Global Electric Motorcars, Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) and one (1) Wall Mount 220V fast charger (not installed) Specifications for the two (2) 2012 NEVs are as follows: 1. Minimum 4 Passenger NEV 2. Color: White 3. Beacon Light 4. Headlights 5. Taillights 6. Brake Lights to include third brake light 7. Turn Signal Lights 8. Hazard Lights 9. Dome Light 10. Dash Fan (Driver side) 11. High-Low Beam Headlights 12. Minimum Maintenance Free Gel Batteries 13. Hard Doors 14. TrunkBack 15. Front and Rear Window 16. Driver Side Mirror 17. Interior Rear View Mirror 18. Charging Cord Set Kit 19. Fast Charger Receptacle Kit 20. Fast Charger Unit 21.
