- The Internal Revenue Service, Midstates Procurement Office intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Ives Group, Inc., 9 Main Street, Suite 2F, Sutton, MA 01590 for a one year subscription for up to ten (10) users to data modules/online services from Audit Analytics. The period of performance is from August 15, 2012 through August 14, 2013. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government will solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government anticipates an award by August 15, 2012.
