Site Visit Attendance Roster for F1M3E82124A001 (17 July 2012) Revised Statement of Work for F1M3E82124A001 (17 July 2012) Amendment # 1 to F1M3E82124A001 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Attach the list of attendees from the site visit held on 17 July 2012 at 09:00 AM EST. 2. Confirm the deadline for any resulting questions from the site visit held 17 July 2012 to be submitted in writing as 19 July 2012 at 12:00 PM EST. None will be considered after this set date. 3. Attach the revised Statement of Work (SOW) dated 17 July 2012 which changes Paragraphs 1.3.B.1; 1.3.B.3; 1.9.A and deletes Paragraphs 1.9.B; 1.9.C; 1.9.D. 4. Change response deadline for quote submittals from 23 July 2012 at 3:00 PM EST to 25 July 2012 at 12:00 PM EST.
