- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Hampton, Virginia 23667 is soliciting quotes for Hotel Accommodations for several PAIRS Couples Workshop Retreats, using RFQ VA246-12-Q-2253. Hotel must be within a five mile radius of the VA Medical Center. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms and conditions, provisions and specification of the solicitation. The period of performance will be September 26-28, 2012, February 8-10, 2013, May 17-19, 2013, September 20-22, 2013, September 25-27, 2013 and February 7-9, 2014. The Contractor must be able to provide for each period of time listed above: Block of rooms for 35 Couples, Conference Room space for 75 people set up classroom style, along with a break out area, and private dining facilities for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner along with a.m. and p.m. snacks. The applicable NAICS code is 721110 with a size standard of $30 Million. This requirement is for a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation documents may be obtained electroincally at www.fedbizopps.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Applicable (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx. Questions may be asked via email up until July 26, 2012, 2PM EST. Quotes will be due NLT July 31, 2012, 2PM EST.
