- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide the National Park Service with all labor, materials, equipment, and travel (except as otherwise specified in this contract) necessary to replace an existing 15-year old modified bitumen roof system with a new insulated Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) protected membrane roof system for the Harpers Ferry Center, Interpretive Design Center Building. The project performance period is 180 days after issuance of the notice to proceed. The NAICS code is 238160. The small business size standard is $14 Million. This project is set aside for small businesses only. This project is being solicited and awarded as a small business set aside. Accordingly, it is open to small businesses only. The solicitation will be posted to the websiteshttp://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 20, 2012.
