- Amendment 0003 *** The closing date on this solicitation is extended to Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 4:00 pm EDT.*** The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has a requirement for miscellaneous commercial operating supplies necessary to operate a retail grocery chain. These supplies will be solicited on a full and open (unrestricted) basis under NAICS 322223. One (1) award will be made for all of Europe. Please see the attached draft list which shows estimated annual quantities by item for the year. The anticipated solicitation release date is April 16, 2012 with a anticipated required response date and time of May 15, 2012 at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time. The resultant Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract will be firm fixed price with economic price adjustment contract whereby individual cardholders at the CDC in Germersheim, Germany, will place orders for delivery intermittently (typically monthly). One contract award is anticipated having one base year period of performance is estimated to begin on August 1, 2012 and go through through July 31, 2013, with the possibility of four additional one year options which could potentially extend contract performance through approximately July 31, 2017. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under NAICS Code 322223 in order to be eligible for a contract award. CCR information may be obtained at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Online representations and certifications application (ORCA) must also be completed at https://orca.bpn.gov solicitation and any amendments will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (OTHER DEFENSE AGENCIES), DEFENSE COMMISSARY AGENCY, HDEC05-12-R-0005. Potential offerors must use this web site to obtain a copy of this solicitation. All responsible sources must submit an offer by the solicitation closing date and time to be eligible for award.
