Potential Offerors are required to submit a capability statement which demonstrates the firm's ability to successfully perform as well as qualifications. Include commercially available information and specifications supporting the requirements of the proposed equipment. Additionally, interested parties must maintain active status with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and have valid, completed Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to be eligible for consideration.
